• Influence our future referrals to Agents by completing our Feedback Form. You also can provide us a name of someone you would like to use. The benefit to any Agent we may not have used previously is that they become registered with us. Additional referrals to them may be the result, assuming you were satisfied with their service.

1. The key is to contact us first! Real Estate Agents will not accept a "referral" if they believe you are already a client.
2. We then contact the Real Estate Agent for you. We establish your transaction as a referral from our Company.
3. After the referral is accepted, the Agent makes direct contact with you to begin the process of buying or selling, or both.
4. After you "Close" on your purchase and/or sale, you fill out a Feedback Survey Form, which should take you no longer than 2-3 minutes.
5. Within ten (10) business days from receipt of the Survey and Referral Fee from the Agent, we cut you or the charity of your choice a check!
